Sara McLaughlin is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and aesthetic injector with over a decade of experience in cardiac critical care and more than seven years dedicated to aesthetic medicine.
As the co-founder and lead injector at Forte Faces, Sara combines advanced clinical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural, refined, and transformative results. Her background in cardiac critical care shaped her commitment to precision, safety, and compassionate patient care—principles that continue to define her approach to aesthetics today.
In addition to treating patients, Sara serves as a National Clinical Trainer for InMode Aesthetics, where she educates providers on advanced aesthetic technologies, treatment techniques, and patient outcomes. She is deeply passionate about ongoing education and staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving aesthetics industry.
Sara’s philosophy centers on enhancing confidence through subtle, individualized treatments that preserve and elevate each patient’s natural features. Known for her thoughtful approach and commitment to excellence, she has become a trusted provider in both the aesthetics and wellness space.

Mandy has over 6 years of experience in the aesthetic space, specializing in result-driven skincare, acne solutions, and advanced treatments.
As a certified Advanced Acne Expert and SkinPen Ambassador, she brings both clinical expertise and a personalized approach to every treatment. Her own journey with acne is what inspired her to become an esthetician, and it’s what drives her passion for helping others feel confident in their skin. She’s all about customized plans, achieving results, and creating a comfortable, judgment-free space to help you feel your best!

Kiley started her journey in aesthetics back in 2020 as a front desk receptionist, where she got to witness the magic of estheticians and injectors firsthand.
The behind-the-scenes view inspired her to go to esthetician school – and she never looked back. She fell in love with skincare, especially acne, because it allowed her to help people feel confident, supported and beautiful in their own skin. She is also a certified acne specialist through Face Reality, trained to treat all types of acne with a personalize, results-driven approach. Always accepting new clients – she would love to meet you and be part of your skin journey!

With over 8 years of nursing experience and over a year of aesthetic medicine experience, Alison blends medical expertise with a deep appreciation for beauty, symmetry, and grace.
Her career began at the bedside, mostly in the fast-paced environment of the medical ICU, where she earned her Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification and developed a strong foundation in patient safety, precision, and critical thinking. Now specializing in aesthetic medicine, Alison brings that same level of skill and attention to detail into every treatment. Her background as a lifelong ballerina gives her a unique artistic perspective – she approaches facial aesthetics with a trained eye for harmony and natural balance, always aiming to enhance rather than change.
Clients are drawn to her calm, compassionate energy and trust her to create refreshed, elegant results that still feel like you. Whether she’s performing injectables or developing a customized treatment plan, Alison’s goal is to help you feel confident, empowered, and beautiful in your own skin. When she’s not in the treatment room, Alison enjoys staying current with the latest techniques in aesthetics, going to pilates or hot yoga class, out to dinner with her husband and friends, or hanging out with her dog, Phoebe.

Taylor is a board-certified Physician Associate licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, specializing in aesthetic medicine and wellness.
She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Biochemistry at the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA. She then earned her Master of Health Science as a Physician Associate at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
Taylor is dedicated to providing exceptional care to her patients in aesthetics and wellness. She is passionate about always furthering her education and staying in the know on the latest industry trends, techniques, and advancements. She emphasizes a collaborative approach to aesthetic treatments, medical grade skincare regimens, and overall wellness to enhance each person’s confidence and well-being.
